Who Is This Guy?

Saw this guy in the woods the other day and am having a problem identifying him. Can anyone help?

    The other picture is much the same angle as this one Keith. Thought it might be a juvenile chaff?

    I reckon you're right Debbie. When I first looked at it I was thinking a warbler or something similar; but the body is the wrong shape. Didn't think to eliminate the commoner species first. lol
