The cherry tree in my front garden is in full bloom at the moment but it is only a fleeting Barbara Cartland bonanza before my postage stamp lawn becomes a sumptuous pink carpet. People have commented that the blossom seems abundant this year but perhaps its just down to the mild stillness of the weather, not windy at all and remember last year at this time I'm sure the lawn was frosted even a foot deep in snow....
What beautiful blossoms! Ours are still tucked inside their buds, right at the verge of busting out. And they are white. I like your pink! I also like to picture in my imagination the romantic fairyland of a lawn covered in all that pink beauty!
Lovely blossom photos and your allotment is looking great. I'm just planting up my new to me greenhouse, and it's such fun. I hope your chillis do well, that was quite a price. I got some lovely ones from the Real Seed Company and I can't wait to try them :D
I filled a pint glass 7 times with the dandelion heads!!! The recipe only calls for 3-4 pints, but I'm doubling it up! Adding the orange juice and yeast today :D The overall amount should be around 2 gallons or 2 demijohns. Yum, I hope :D

Gorgeous photos, Deb! How about a photograph of the garden when it's covered in petals? The ice has finally gone out on our lake but no leaves on anything, yet.
